The Claridges New Delhi was delighted to host The Royal Food Festival in collaboration with Gourmet Planet, a community that discusses and appreciates the best restaurants around the world. The event featured five gourmet curations; the Royal Rampur Nazakhat, Royal Rajasthani Zaika, Royal dilettante from central India, Maharaj Vaishno Bhoj, Royal Gourmand from Nepal, and Royal extracts & zero-proof beverages, prepared by five royal families. The festival was celebrated in lively spirits with traditional folk music and dance in the presence of royalty and eminent personalities.
